I'm conflicted. My ILS worker, who has a background in the field of food and healthy eating, suggested that kimchi was probably not a good source of fiber, because it's fermented and shit, which breaks down the fiber. Looking on google, there are a bunch of sites claiming that it is a good source of fiber, but they all have rather strong biases toward touting the benefits of kimchi. I don't know who to trust.
