I don't know what employment law is like there in SE asia..but if it's like that..I'd move back here, where it's not like that and I don't have to worry about that, lol.
I did have a sexual harrassment run-in once. It went nowhere, but not on account of my axing it, I encouraged my employee to talk to whomever she felt she should and pursue it as far as it would go. I could see why she thought she was in a particular situation, even though she wasn't..just as I can understand why Benny thinks he's in a particular situation..even though he probably isn't.
Still hurts that someone might think that about you...but I'm not made of glass, so..meh.
