Donald Trump has been obsessed with race for the entire time he has been a public figure. He had a history of making racist comments as a New York real-estate developer in the 1970s and ‘80s. More recently, his political rise was built on promulgating the lie that the nation’s first black president was born in Kenya. He then launched his campaign with a speech describing Mexicans as rapists.

That's pretty much what I said. Some are real concerns and some are taken out of context. I.E. The Mexican's are rapists things. Which isn't what was said. So it's hardly a definitive list when it is too lazy to research even basic context and assumes the worst about every quote. Just hard to take a hit piece all that seriously as a skeptic.

I don't think that your trump-racism skepticism quite approaches the level of your atheism, but what would I know.  The man says racist shit in public constantly, and has been a racist for as long as anyone has ever taken notice of him.

It's pretty easy for me to accept that a public racist says racist shit in private.

For me, someone saying that some immigrants and criminals and rapists and some are good people is not sufficient evidence that someone is dropping n-bombs in public. Nor should it be for anyone else.

That being said, I wouldn't be all that surprised really. I just need to hear the evidence for myself. Not third removed heresay.
