Well done JoodsI felt the same way once I started exercising and started having a tiny downward trend, and all excited just to go down by half a pound... but then all ruined by injuring my leg, which stopped me exercising and laid me up for the last ten days or so... but thankfully it still seems to be generally breaking even and my leg's slowly getting better. But under doctor's orders, no more running, ever... just stick with the exercise bike or similar stuff. He said some people are just not suited to running and was pretty adamant about it. But that's the first time I've ever heard anyone say that, so I'm still kind of skeptical. I will follow his advice for a very long time, but I'm not ready to commit to 'ever' yet, because that's a door I don't want to close.
