Saw a good poster yesterday about stress management. To cut a long story short it was about the weight of a glass of water. Then that weight relative to the amount of time you held the glass. The point being you couldn't hold it too long as you'd probably need medical attention.
Same with worries. Point is you've got to realise they're there and learn to put them down. To give yourself time to recover.
