I think the trick is to not worry about worries. To not worry about worrying. And yet to still be aware of them so you aren't worrying without realizing it only to realize later on that you were being effected by them the whole time.
I think that's ultimately the best. To be aware about worries without worrying about them. Because Worrying about worries can really perpetuate the worries
