Noah's sons were noah's children there were 3
they could have been young as 13 and be actively married under the law, but noah was not under the law so there was no active age limitation.
chapter 7:13 On that very day Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.
