Oh he'd do that, while allowing corporations, housing, and drug companies and education loan sharks and credit card companies to raise prices at the same time.
The GOP and giant corporations know this trick. They have been pulling that shit since Reagan. Like I told Alpha, raising the wage to $15 wont mean shit if the cost of living goes up outpacing and eating up that increase.
