So you don't think that it becomes more difficult to gather evidence as time passes? Waiting for an oppurtune time to make claims with little evidence to support them, also doesn't help ones case. I stand by reporting early, and even if one doesn't think anything will come from it. It should still be investigated and on record (sooner rather than later).

This is your problem.... you make things up, and then just call anyone liars, which doesn't fit your worldview. It's a disconnect from reality really.
