In case you were feeling sorry for the fifty cent whore.  She comes out and says that sexual assault victims should't report unless they have evidence.  I'm sure the conservatives on this board will applaud her 'courage' for stating such a stupid fucking thing.  Telling victims they aren't victims without evidence is such an appalling thing to say.  This is where we get rape culture from.

Isn't supposed to be the job of the police and procecution to find evidence and convince a judge or jury of the guilt of someone. If it's not the job of the accused to prove his innocence, it certainly the job of the victim to prove its guilt.

That makes no sense. How do the police and courts investigate and adjudicate a crime if the victim doesn't report the rape in the first place?
Also, criminal cases are The People vs. (accused rapist) not the victim vs. (accused rapist).
