Sure, sure..it's a heavy lift. Obviously that's why we don't do it as often as we might like, too. It's cheaper to keep her. It is the solution to the problem, however. I think we agree there? You surely don't expect that changing out the person in the dictators funny hat will amount to societal improvement. I'm even willing to go out on a limb and say that you understand completely well how sectarian governments fail.
