" increase likelihood of failure" ???

What if your job is sports would you break a fellow opponents legs just to win . As for increasing the chance of failure that only occurs if your incompetent .

And what if the moon crashes in your mother - in - law' s begonias??



The second part? Are you fucking high??? By that standard, all the engineers at JPL are incompetent, because they have had failures..
