I did say "necessarily", because my own experience was that I got better with practice. I just know people who don't get better no matter how much trigger time they have because they ignore the basics and shoot like they think they should shoot. "Gangsta-style" shooters, for example, waste untold numbers of rounds trying to make that shit work.
I have encountered the " blaze away" idiots. They are told to leave, so they are not around long enough for me to see a lack of improvement. Fortunately they are very rare.
On my range missing the backstop is unforgivable, and it' s a zero tolerance, bannable offense.
You own each bullet that goes out the barrel, and I won't be party to " accidents".
