- My ancestors came from Scotland on the paternal side, Norway on the maternal side. I've eaten haggis but not lutefisk, and am thinking of asking Iceland for culinary asylum because harðfiskur (dried fish jerky) is at least edible.
- One of my aspirations is to find someone in the city who can tutor me in stage magic, because one of my childhood heroes was Magic Tom Auburn, who appeared regularly on children's TV shows in Montreal.
