I didn't find out about Carradine until like a month after his death. I was reading an article that mentioned his death (it didn't mention how he died), while I was talking to my mom on the phone. Mom and I used to watch Kung Fu when I was a kid, so I told her about it.
Mom: Aw, that sucks. So how did he die?
Me: It doesn't say. Give me a sec and I'll google it.
Mom: Okay.
A few minutes later...
Me: ... uh... you know, Ma, I can't really find anything about it. Errr... I think I remember reading a while back that he had cancer. It was probably that...
