I could say the same thing to you about God. And I don't want to argue about why I don't have 100% faith in the men in science anymore.
Faith in "the men of science" is not a requirement. Nor is your lack of faith in "the men of science" in any way operative to your rejection of what has been observed and can be demonstrated to exist. That rejection is sourced from no place other than the fact that it immediately disproves your beliefs about the meat fairy..which are cherished by you.
