I think that is because that is not a constitutional right covered or granted by the constitution. Which would explain why only some have it, and not all.

I've granted a number of things, and as I've said, I don't have an issue with them saying that they can't do so without reason. It's just the liberal interpretation of the 5th amendment which I think is wrong.
