I think that we have freedom of speech, and I disagree with the way the decision came down, for the reasons I have given. I think that they could have taken this up the chain (above this single judge), but instead have decided to create rules of decorum so that their is a process the next time. I think that amendment that you are referencing from it's context is not talking about petitioning for a press pass. And I haven't seen much arguments as to why the context should be ignored.
