Concerning what? I have not seen any laws cited which would require due process. Nor where he was criminally charged under the law without citing anything. I also don't understand how this applies to the context of the rest of the amendment. Perhaps it got lost in the shuffle, but I haven't seen these things talked about, so I would ask that you be more specific.
