I've mostly just seen that he wasn't given due process which I have conceded, but I don't think is necessary in this case (did someone specify a process that was gone around for this)?   My questions are specifically concerning the fifth amendment, and how it is being applied.  And while I respect the judges authority, I don't think that we need to just agree with his ruling without question or thinking.   He is only human after all.
