I know that the truth of any given matter is wholly immaterial to your great satan compulsion..but, yes, turning a blind eye to the shitty things that other countries do is exactly what's happening. There's money to be had, not nearly as much as scrotus says..but still. Yes, we did have a long time to build such a system, and we did build it. We lead it. Now, we're abandoning it.
