I don't recall ever saying I was against transgender people having civil rights. 

I DO recall pointing out that there are laws already on the books that give you the same rights as everyone else, and made the somewhat obvious point that if they aren't working now there is no reason to believe that more laws are going to resolve your issues. 

I DO recall attempting to open a dialog with you directly, Jehanne. I believe that transgender people are smart enough and capable enough to solve their own problems within the framework of the laws that are already on the books. Amarok decided he knows what's best for you and you seem content with letting him speak for you and solve your problems for you. 

Clearly, I was wrong since you prefer to throw out this straw man about civil rights rather than discuss the actual content of my posts. So, I sincerely wish you good luck, because I'm pretty sure you are going to need it...

Do people get discriminated against in the workforce due to their age?  Answer:  Yes.  Due to race?  Yes.  Religion, sex, sexual orientation?  Yes, yes, and yes.  Gender identity?  Also yes.

In some people's minds, if something is not illegal, then, it's legal, and, moral.

So there is heap load of bs here 

1. Even if he isn't against civil rights he supports a party that is and the can and need to be fixed rather then shifting the responsibility onto the trans community and you clearly don't have the same rights in any particle sense .

2. He keeps arguing this straw man about me . No were did I say trans people are not smart or capable . I have said clearly they should not need to be to deal with discrimination  . They are neither cause of the problem of their discrimination thus they should have to be the ones to solve it a problem created majority by people on his side of  the isle .And you shouldn't need to open up your own freaking bank to do basic finance and neither nor you anyone else has asked me to speak for them And lastly everyone who has ever sought my help has done so of their own violation and had to put effort in i'm were people go when all the "empowerment "and everyone of my clients has put more effort into being "smart" then Metaclown has ever done in his life .
