He was asked to explain "complexity" with respect to ID. He didn't (and can't). OBVIOUSLY no dictionary is going to do that.
They must tell us what is the boundary EXACTLY where things are not complex enough (with examples) to require a designer, and where they become complex enough that they require a designer. They can't. They won't. As such, the concept of "complexity" FOR ID, is undefined.
