Depreciation has fuck all to do with it. What you're actually claiming is that EVs last half as long -and- that they have the same manufacturing carbon footprint.
Why are you ignoring the operational carbon footprint?

I am not ignoring the operational carbon footprint. I was making a point about the manufacturing footprint (which is routinely ignored).
