Yes..........they did. I'm starting to think that you think it means something it doesn't. Is that possible, with your human mind? Kashoggi himself seemed to be aware that MBS had it out for him..hell..everybody seemed to know that. Even without any way of knowing it or having never considered it before, it would be a reasonable conclusion to arrive it.
