That's pretty awesome LL, so you're a cook for caregivers. Sort of an in-home chef mcgyver? That sounds like a real god place to grow your passion. MAybe instead of a traditional cookbook, you could do a substitute cook book, with creative ways to do normal meals with what's available. Like lasagna without lasagna noodles, and meatballs without bread crumbs and eggs, or stuff like that. Kudos
