Science does not contradict those who believe in Mount Olympus, either; you're missing the point here. An infinite number of belief systems exist, hence, the probability of any particular belief system being true is zero. Your beliefs about god, whether in general or in particular, are non-falsifiable, and therefore, simply compete with a unbounded set of other beliefs, most of which are contradictory to each other.
