I ask because it never panned out for me the way people describe it. I'm not exactly what you'd call a stranger to psychedelics. I've always been fascinated by stories of people who've had transformative experiences.
I just got high.
I tried ayahuasca once and heard the thing They™ always say. That's something...I guess.
