There's supposed to be a ghost in Åbo Svenska Teater (Turku Swedish Theater). The ghost is said to be a former actress, who every now and then goes onto stage and "many have seen her".

And then the Barker Factory and it's surroundings. A boy fell to his death in a building behind this one. This is the only place that is actually haunted, but only by the occasional flashers and drunkards
