Free speech is a sticky issue, Iggy. I am one of those poststructuralist commies (like Shapiro fears). Market forces will lead us nowhere (IMO) but to higher sales revenues for certain individuals.
My position is: "say what you'd like; the revolution continues." One day (some dreamy day) I'd like to think that we won't let infants starve in third world countries because "hey, capitalism is expedient!" Some day, I'd like to think that we all recognize that we are past that. But that is not today.
