There's no doubt that the regime is shit..but we help shit regimes out all the time. We don't really get to pick and choose the leaders of every country we deal with. There's a strong profit motive, backed up by a legitimate humanitarian concern for the people of the ksa, and..even though this is the (not-so-quiet) quiet part - a strategic interest in containing iran..both economically and militarily - while simultaneously preventing china or russia from providing the same service with a more enticing offer (which they absolutely can and will if we don't).
Saudies are not capable of manufacturing nuclear weapons; there's a huge, gigantic gap in the amount of both scientific and military capabilities between the Saudi kingdom and the world.
They can't even make a rifle; for God's sake.
But they can buy one, and buy the man trained to shoot them. They did so in the Gulf War for example. American soldiers were a fine example for the merc that works for the Sauds for a pile of dollars.
The nuclear reactor is an American price to pay from the Trump administration to the Saudies; MBS probably payed billions to get the technology; and payed other billions to hire an army of foreign engineers to work the plant for his ass.
Trump is a business man. So he did business with the Saudies; nothing more and nothing less. You pay, you get; that's how it goes in his world.
Saudies didn't make shit. Remember they can't even manufacture a rifle.
But they purchased this technology from a man more terrible than the whole Saudi regime and the Israeli regime: Donald Trump.
The asshole along with his disgusting Saudi friends will start a world war !
The Sauds must be stopped. But it never ends there; there's a "Trump" supporting them.
