I'm talking about the strain on super structure from firing

And I'm saying that the beams are contained in force fields, so they don't interact with the ship's structure at all. A beam meant to destroy a planet wouldn't notice a ship of any size as it goes poof.

And i'm saying even with a force field channeling that much energy will have a strain
