Jaime, Tyrion, Bran, Arya could all get in successfully probably. Strap bombs to crows and have bran drone strike Cercei and blow up the reserves. I think you can blow up kings landing (and hopefully the ships in the harbor) to prevent the need for a battle in half an episode.
