I really need to teach the Americans how to say Worcestershire, prelude and status. There is an old accent thread that needs resurrecting, is it against the law to do so?

Worst date ever -
1981. USCG TRACEN Petaluma - Two Rock Ca.. Radioman school. One of the female student pronounced she was going to sleep with every guy in the school. She tried - but too many of the guys were fast runners. She was coyote fugly. I bet a bunch of guys in my class ( not my idea originally ) that I wouldn't take her on a date. Movie ticket stubs were deemed to be sufficient evidence. I collected - by taking her to a movie in town that was replaying - The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - and leaving her there after the first couple scenes. She cussed me so loud I didn't need to produce the ticket stubs to collect.... ... Ya didn't say it had to be MY worst date.... 
Gunfire broke out at a drive-in in Los Angeles. Lost four windows, and the gal had a nervous breakdown.

June 6, 1906?
First date at a restaurant. Her husband (of whose existence I was NOT aware) came in and pulled me up out of my seat. While I was beating him into dust, my date/his wife was throwing crockery at me. Peelers sorted it out, no one pressed charges.

July 25 1995. The day I married the woman who ultimately financially raped me leaving me half a million in debt and homeless. Bitch.
ETA: And to rub salt in the wounds, pursued me for maintenance when I could not even get welfare because I had no fixed abode. Nice move.
