It's a tough call for me. He's paid to protect those children and he didn't. Do I think that's a criminal offense or should be? Probably not. We can't legally force people to run into mortal danger. That's just not right. I don't think cowardice is legally wrong or even shameful. It's just a reaction to fear that some people have. Now, do I think he should hold a job in law enforcement again? Nope.
