Last night I watched "The Ledge" for the second time . For those who haven't seen it, it was about an atheist who has an affair with the wife of a fundy and ends up being the hero for saving her life because he is psycho.
I will admit the acting wasn't all that great. But it had it's good parts. I thought the guy who played the obsessive fundy husband did a great job. It was a little too long, but even with no so great movies, I have a tendency to hang in there if there is enough there to keep me in it.
And tonight, I watched a movie called "Red Eye". Relatively the same plot motif as "Nick Of Time". Bad guy targets someone to force them to help commit an assassination. But in this case the bad guy targets a hotel employee knowing his target will be staying at a hotel that can be shot with a rpg from the ocean. So he stalks her(prior to the movie starting), and ends up on the same plane as the lady he targets and threatens to kill his dad if she doesn't call to have the hotel room switched to face the ocean where the RPG can be launched. Campy, formulaic, but just enough there to keep me in it.
