if you didn't reach the peak of science how can you reach god if that's possible in first place.

that why believe complete the basics you have

A being beyond human comprehension existing beyond time and space.
The best reason to worship such a thing is so that, upon its return to reality, those most fervid worshipers are consumed first and hence saved from Id shattering insanity.
