When hiring staff I would always ask if they can work on Sundays and slip in, 'are you religious?' at the end, like I don't really care.
Most chefs are addicted to drugs or alcohol, or more likely, both.
We don't need x-tians around monitoring our nefarious activities.
And on top of that, they can be so fucking boring.
