Is this debate about legal vs illegal immigration or white vs brown immigrants?

So  you believe that the border patrol is responsible for the conditions in the detention centers?  Should they quit or become more vocal about it?  I  was of the impression that they were doing the best they could.

They definitely aren't doing the best they can.  Racism runs rampant.  Sexual abuse of children, not to mention terrible conditions (despite donations being offered). 

I wonder how you'd react if these were white Christians in say... the UAE being detained in identical conditions.
