But Abiy Ahmed deserves this Noble as it seems from his reputation; and Egypt's Sisi can rot.
Pardon me for not giving a steam-powered shag over what upsets Egypt. The dam isn't going to impact Egypt's water supply.

The Egyptian military regime under Sisi are well known for spreading lies to protect their place in power and to direct the attention of the public from another revolt like the 2011 revolution that took down the previous military dictator; Mubarak. Caring about the feelings of such monsters that butchered Thousands is a very bad move.
