Why are you so needlessly hostile? You seem to be missing the point, purposefully. My whole point is that Martin simply saw a man harassing him and following him. He didn't see a guy with a gun that he should've been afraid of. And yes, sure, that's the point of concealed carry. But what about that should've warned Martin away? Did Martin have a right to say, "Hey, fuck you, quit following me"...? Or no?
