George Zimmerman suing parents of Trayvon Martin among others

According to forensic evidence - Martin started the physical altercation.

The law says you don't have to "take a beating"- it says you are allowed to defend yourself. You are allowed to use any force necessary to stop someone from attacking you.


There is no section of law that says you are allowed "to beat the muthafucka" for hassling you.

Zimmerman was an asshole. There is no law against that.

If I remember correctly (and I may not) the earliest investigation of the incident concluded that it was entirely avoidable - by Zimmerman.

If not - then the onus of preventing the incident is on Martin.
