just Had a blood test, and here’s what I did to make it go well. 

1. Don’t look at the needle.
   
2. Bite down on your wallet
   
3. Sing this through your wallet:
   
   
   
4. Maybe press down on a pressure point so your nerve endings scream less.
   

And you’ll barely even feel the needle!

Also, I finally got an update on Alison: she’s been shipped and the last I’ve been able to see, she was in Shanghai.
