prae (german : prä) is a latin prefix for "previous" or "before". Guess where the word previous comes from. And guess where all the German words with "prä" prefix come from and what they mostly mean.
But i´ll tell you what really pisses me off:
When i read real estate being advertised as "dream for any handyman", or "for creative people" or "ready to be awakened from its sleeping beauty state" as assorted bullshit.
