I do not know how we came about, the science community are certain we evolved, and being that in 152 years since Darwins Origin if the Species book was released, the evidence has mounted, especially with things like DNA. The obvious parallels between us and chimpanzees, the fact that we are 99% the same, DNA-wise. All the million year old skeletons found in the Savannah, slightly different, but the same nonetheless. The job of the science community is to prove and disprove. Scientists are some of the most competitive glory hunters around, if they could prove that Darwin was even a little bit wrong, they would. Even the Christian professor Dr Francis Collins believes in evolution.

It's one of those things, educated people who study this for a living, have a consensus that it is correct. Uneducated people who have an agenda, i.e. you, a Christian who wants the bible to be true, still refuse to believe it because of a poorly written and terribly put together book from the bronze age says different. And they can't accept that your not special, you were not put here as you are, and you are really related to apes.

God dunnit is not an answer. You do not know if there is/was a god, we do know Darwin existed and that he was far smarter then a book or a priest, and don't forget, until his findings, he was a nutty Christian too.

Well actually technically if you want to get scientific,us coming from ape is an hypothesis at best.Until you see an ape transform into a human then you cant conclude it to be a fact.The same could be said by you guys about GOD.so therefore believing we came from apes could be in the "Logical" perspective just as silly as believing in a GOD.Christians believe God made and put us here as we are.People could have different shapes of the body or whatever you want to say but the fact is a human cant come from a monkey just as much as a grape from an orange.People with intelligence know that with intelligence designs and structure and laws are created.All of the laws humans create came from the intelligence that was born or created by something.Its not hard
