1. Honesty. I hate catching people in lies. I especially hate when I catch them after the fact and it makes me feel gullible.
2. Integrity. You have to have some kind of adherence to the things you spout. For example, if I get bitched out by someone for swearing, I expect that person to very, very rarely swear, if ever.
3. Punctuality. I know it seems silly, but I fucking loathe waiting for people. If you're going to be late, call. Five minutes early is on time.
4. I have to agree with the humor thing, El Fudge. Humor is a must. They have to have a sense of somewhat dark humor and sarcasm or they will hate me.
