Quote:“You’ve got these two competing visions: one which is very free and open and . . . government hands-off . . . and one which is much more controlled and regulated by governments.” Huawei has said that parts of the technology for the new network architecture are already being built, with the help of multiple states and companies, but would not name those involved. It has also said elements will be ready to be tested by early 2021.
The communist party in China have finally reached a formal policy to hijack the internet and change the way it works, radically.
What kind of life is this, to live under the eyes of a human psychopath thinking they are God ? watching every letter I write online?
This is not just outrageous, but scary beyond level..if you let this pass then you have failed all of humanity, and such system will never hold but it will come down collapsing in such a collapse worthy of an "apocalypse".
The Chinese communist party must be destroyed
I'm not scared of them.
I'm scared because the people who should face them with me are too weak and corrupt.
Histrionics aside, the way that internet works is not sacred, nor is its current manner of working in any practical effect consistent with how the manner is justified.
“You have these two competing visions: one which is very free and open and… Without government intervention… And which is much more controlled and regulated by governments.”
The problem is so called open internet is only without overt government intervention, and then only without overt intervention from governments that actually care not to be seen overtly intervening. It is better to have source of information known to be biased or controlled, then believed controlled and biased information to be otherwise.
