Yeah, there is that, but still - good argument against religion.
Also religion causes a lot of harm, not least due to the "thoughts and prayers"/not actions situation. So not worth it for the remote possibility of pleasing some almost certainly non existent god(s) but defo worth it for other reasons todo with self esteem at not allowing, say, the oppression of women in Islam, to go unchecked.
