Yes, Winter.  In the us there is a thing called the popular vote.  

No; one is said to have won the "election" when one gets the majority's yes.

But what you don’t seem to be able to grasp is that the majority of voters in the US voted for Mrs. Clinton. What Trump was the majority of the Electoral College votes.

Any way you slice it, most voters did not want Trump to be president.
