Sorry, Brian, but I gotta go with OLB on this one. No matter how repugnant you find the Confederate monuments (and I agree with your sentiment), there’s a little thing called ‘due process. And it matters. A lot.

There is no doubt that such statues are politically motivated by repugnant racists - but a contract is a contract.....
That said - the signatories are all dead - so it would seem there is some legal recourse to first nulify the contract.... That shouldn't take more than a week or so....
Smart judge - if you ask me... Do it legal - then you can avoid a lawsuit later...
